The day i come i go away
For one more hour, the wish to stay
To stay with her, id give it all away
We started young, ill five u tht
Her calming smile, her percing lips
My combat botta, my 6 month trips
To think of her, to yurn her touch
I salute my sergeant, by code im bound
To lift her face whn she looks down
To press my lips against her smile, her blush red cheeks like a child
To pull me away, youd need 1000 men
The terrorizing acke, to never see her again
I cant control how i feel, she makes the pain seem so unreal
Without her lips, i have no need to talk
Without her love no need to walk
She makes leaving so much harder, i dont kno y
To see her cry, id rather die
Shes like an angel sent from god
Im trully blessed, i tell her this
Her beauty, her thought, her calming bliss
Fires,flaming,forever alive
I get closer and closer with every stride
They say ten hut, i stand up straight, your beds messed up youve sealed tour feight
Ten miles later, before i collapse
Her soothing thought, this pain shall pass
I come and go, i go and come
A 4 year stress im trully done
To keep her with me, id be greatly thankful
Shes like the calming ocean, trully tranquil
Why cant i keep her she means so much to me
The lord as my witness, this us shall be
Im in a room with no way out
Gas filling my lungs, death is coming I have no doubt
I wish i could of told her everything iv said
The matter is done im already dead
I couldnt make it to her touch
I couldnt make it past deaths clutch
A soldier walking through the mist
It feels like there is no end to this
Iv found the end, and there she stands
My heart in my throat, there are no words
I choke, i stumble, all you hear are slurs
She looks and laughs, thn she kisses my lips
The life time i lived, iv waited for this
My heaven is made, a perfectionist bliss
Like the rolling thunder and the standing stone, a bond so real ill never be alone
All gave some and some gave all
Thats what she whispered in my ear
That moment i shed only one tear
Then in a instant i woke to find, my beating heart sleeping by my side
My world is finally back on pase, to loose her i think that i would feint
For one more hour, the wish to stay
To have her now, i gave it all away
